Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to finish her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. The summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. It is common to warm up before the training. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
